WHAT IS INCLUDED IN CWE PARTIES?

Our Goal is to Make Your Parties a Piece of Cake!

We offer 3 different themed party package options.  All of them include the following:

1 hour and 15 minutes in the gym plus 45 minutes in our party area for presents and cake

Your Personal CWE Party Crew to assist throughout the party

Customizable e-vites (we email you the e-vite and you send them out to your guests via email)

Birthday gift for the guest of honor

Parties can be scheduled on Friday evenings, Saturday afternoons or Sunday mornings.  Choose from Cheerleading, Nerf Wars or Ninja.

All parties have a personal Party Specialist assigned to them right from the time of booking! Our Specialists are here to help with entertainment and instruction, set up, clean up, and any questions you or your guests may have. Celebrations have a Specialist to participant ratio of 1:18. Additional participants are subject to additional fees.

Parties are two hours in length: one hour and 15 minutes of themed play or cheerleading instruction and 45 minutes of access to the party area. 

* NOTE: We are a peanut and tree nut allergy-friendly facility. Please refrain from bringing in any foods that may contain these ingredients.  

Looking for a structured party led by one of our CWE Party crew? The Next Level Party package begins with 1 hour and 15 minutes in the gym for themed activities (Choose from Cheer, Ninja or Nerf Wars) with a CWE-certified and enthusiastic instructor and full access to the gym followed by 45 minutes in the party area for cake and gift opening!

Parents are responsible for: all food and drinks, as well as decorations, if applicable.  
Price: $325 for the first 18 participants; add up to five more guests for $40
