Our Level 1 Tumbling class is designed to build a strong foundation in essential tumbling skills, including handstands, front and back rolls, cartwheels, round-offs, and front and back walkovers. Athletes will focus on mastering these basic elements, emphasizing proper technique and body control. The class also introduces the concept of connecting skills, helping students learn how to transition smoothly between movements. With step-by-step instruction and supportive coaching, athletes will develop confidence and proficiency in their tumbling abilities. This class is perfect for those new to tumbling, providing a solid base for future progress in more advanced skills. There are no pre-requisites to join this class.

Handsprings

Back Handsprings

Our handspring-specific tumbling class is dedicated to perfecting the back handspring with a focus on achieving optimal form and power. Athletes will engage in targeted drills designed to enhance their speed, strength, and body alignment during the handspring. The class will also work on front walkovers for those who do not yet have it to ensure a proper transition to the level 2 class when they have achieved their back handspring. With personalized coaching, athletes will receive detailed feedback to refine their technique and address individual challenges. This class is ideal for those looking to elevate their handspring skills and integrate them seamlessly into more advanced tumbling combinations.

Advanced Tumbling

Level 2/3 Tumbling

Our Level 2/3 tumbling class is designed for athletes working round off back handsprings up to round off back handspring back tucks. Athletes will work on refining their technique and improving their air awareness to execute high-level skills with precision and consistency. This class also includes advanced drills to enhance power and control, preparing athletes for seamless transitions between skills. Athletes must have a mastered standing back handspring to join this class.
