Teams can only be successful with full commitment from everyone; therefore, we require mandatory attendance at all team practices and performances.
Summer absences are excused for vacations and sleepaway camp. We expect everyone to make their best effort to be at all practices they can.
Please use the form below to notify your coaches with as much advance notice as possible. Notifying the coaches 5 minutes before practice does not allow them to run the practice as efficiently as they could, as we plan our practices ahead of time.
Athletes with more than three absences from September 2025 to May 2026 will be charged $25 + HST per additional absence. Charges will be processed the following month via your payment method on file. Recurring absences can also mean changes to your athlete’s role in the routine to ensure the success of the team and continued progress.
