Acro for dancers is a great way to work on acro skills with an experienced coach! Learn new techniques, drills and skills to perfect and enhance acro skills, all while having fun with friends! Our Learn to Cheer program is a great way to begin your cheerleading journey! This class runs for 1 hour a week, learning the basic foundations of cheerleading such as stunting, tumbling, jumps, dance and pyramid! Intro to Cheer is a skill based class and a great place to start! Learn from our qualified and experience coaches and learn all things cheer! Come ride the wave with us this season!
Our Lil Warrior's class features a mixture of parkour, gymnastics, ninja and obstacle courses. Our Warriors build confidence, strength and power with lots of movement, games, challenges and fun! A high energy class that will have them excited to come back! Unleash your inner warrior with us this season!

Our Flyer Stretching classes are the perfect way to enhance flexibility and work on body positions for flyers! Work with one of our experienced coaches and learn proper techniques and flexibility. Flyer stretching classes are highly recommended to take your flying skills to the next level!
